Swimming

Swimming is a great, low impact way to engage in cardiovascular activity and improve your health, and MSAC hosts State, National and International events.

Swimming Overview

MSAC houses world-class aquatic facilities that have been used for National and International competitions, including the 2006 Commonwealth Games and 2007 FINA World Championships, and most recently, the 2022 World Short Course Championships. Whether you’re training for your next triathlon, maintaining your fitness, looking to enrol yourself or your children in swim classes or looking for some gentle exercise in our warm hydrotherapy pool, we have indoor and outdoor aquatic spaces to suit all your needs. Check out our lap lane availability here.
