In order of understanding what your body is made up of, our first step is to have you use our Evolt 360 body-composition analyser. This system uses an eight electrode multi-frequency segmental analysis known as Biometrical Impedance Analysis to provide us with the following:
- Lean Body Mass
- Skeletal Muscle Mass
- Fat Mass
- Body Fat Percentage
- Visceral Fat
- Basal Metabolic Rate
- Bio Age
Once we have these readings, they become the foundation for your programming and allow us to continually track your progress, ensuring you are becoming fitter, stronger and healthier with every day you are working with us.
- How well do you move?
- Do you have any limitations?
- Do you experience pain?
Exercise is based off movement so for us to work with you as effectively as possible we need to know exactly how you move.
Your functional assessment will consist of 20 movements, specifically designed to assess you on your ability to move, balance, stretch and perform compound strength movements.
At the conclusion of the assessment you will receive a score out of 100 which, similarly to the body composition analysis, will allow us to track improvements in the way your body moves over time.
We want to know your goals, your big picture, your dreams. We want you to work towards something you never believed you could accomplish, and we want to be along for the ride.
Everyone’s best is different and helping you achieve yours is why we’re here. Our goal setting session is designed to establish purpose and provide clarity for you and your trainer. You will work together to create goals, timelines and execution plans so that you both have a clear understanding of what’s involved, how you’re going to work together, and what you have your sights set on.

Our onboarding process may be a little more comprehensive than you imagined, but we promise you that it’s worth it. We pride ourselves at being the best in the business when it comes to helping our members in their journeys and we will go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of you and your body. Knowledge and preparation are key, and we want to understand who we are working with to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Your sessions will be specific to your goals and while they will be designed to make you work hard and challenge you, there’ll be plenty of fun and laughs along the way too!

To compliment what you are doing in the gym, we want you to pay attention to what you are doing when you’re not here and to help you, we have created a range of fortnightly challenges. These are designed to educate, inspire and highlight that a multitude of factors in your life contribute to your overall health. Going to the gym is always going to be a step in the right direction, but there are so many other variables that need to be taken into consideration as you work to become your best.
