Tell us what happened 

You can lodge a complaint via the Feedback Form below, speaking with our customer experience team or by calling 9926 1555.  

We will acknowledge it via email within 24 hours (a day) of receipt  

We look into the complaint                                                                                                                 

We contact the relevant internal department/s to discuss what happened and how we can resolve it.

We may look into your feedback further  

We’ll see if we can resolve your complaint and determine whether or not it needs to be investigated further. 

You receive an outcome                                                                                                        

We reach a decision and contact you to advise you of the outcome.  

Review 

You have the option to request an internal review if you are dissatisfied with an outcome.

If requested, we will provide you with information on external review options, including referral to the Victorian Ombudsman.
