Grand Prix Week at MSAC

While Melbourne’s focus will be on the race track, the State Sport Centres team will be hard at work inside MSAC working to brighten, repair and improve the facilities for members, patrons and athletes.

The home of high performance sport in Victoria is getting an Autumnal refresh!

While Melbourne’s focus will be on the race track, the State Sport Centres team will be hard at work inside MSAC working to brighten, repair and improve the facilities for members, patrons and athletes.

  • MSAC Arena, Stadiums 2, 3, 4 & 5 will all undergo floor works to shine up the courts for your next casual shooting hour.
  • Our leisure area will undergo extensive works, with new filters and more in the multi-purpose pool.
  • The Indoor Pool and Dive Pool will be a construction site from Tuesday 19 March to Monday 25 March.
  • The Hydrotherapy pool will be drained to have fixes made beneath the surface, ensuring a perfect temperature for all users.
  • Scoreboards in our indoor and outdoor pool areas will be checked and tested for safety.

While all this work is happening, there is still plenty to enjoy at MSAC.

As always, we welcome your feedback via our feedback page.

Patrons are advised to use the Aquatics entrance of MSAC.

Access to MSAC will be different between 18 – 25 March. We encourage all patrons to utilise public transport via the 96 or 12 trams. Visit www.ptv.vic.gov.au to plan your visit.

Lakeside Drive and Aughtie Drive will be closed for access. Head to parks.vic.gov.au for further information about road closures.
