Personalised training services are designed to accommodate both one-on-one sessions as well as semi-private small groups.

MEET OUR TRAINERS

Artu Akguner

Artu has 25-years of fitness industry experience, plus 15 years of experience in Pilates, graduating from BASI Pilates.

Artu holds an EREPS Graduate Exercise Professional qualification as well as a Bachelor and Masters Degree in Sports Management, Movement and Training Sciences, and holds several professional development certificates.

Artu was selected by the Gymnastics Federation to provide training and rehabilitation for the Turkish National team that included Olympic medalists, European and World Champions. Recently, he trained bodybuilding/fitness athletes that placed in the European and World Championships.

Artu is the author of the book “Kinesiology and Pilates Theory.”

Oscar Bolt

With years of experience working with a diverse range of clients, Oscar specialises in helping older adults, young athletes, and the general population achieve their health and fitness goals. His approach focuses on body recomposition and enhancing overall health outcomes. As a certified nutrition coach, Oscar also provides tailored guidance to improve nutrition for performance and body composition.

All Oscar’s clients begin with a comprehensive goal-setting session and movement assessment before starting any training. This process ensures that your individual needs are thoroughly understood, allowing us to tailor a program that keeps you accountable and aligned with your health and fitness goals

Jonathan Vuarnier

Jonathan has worked as a fitness professional for over 20 years, with his experience stemming from training internationally in France, Switzerland, Sweden and Australia.

Jonathan’s consistent pursuit to challenge himself, has allowed him to excel across multiple disciplines. His most recent achievement was winning the Australian HYROX championships, and placing 5th in the world at the 2024 HYROX games. He practices and competes in Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai competitions, and is a high-level runner and coach, and strength traininer.

Mikayla Underwood

Mikayla has always been passionate about health and fitness, turning her passion into a profession after successfully completing her Bachelor of Sports Science, majoring in strength and conditioning and exercise physiology. 

Mikayla works with high level athletes and first time gym users and she finds each as rewarding as the other!

Mikayla loves helping clients become stronger, return from injury, move more efficiently or be as explosive as possible! Her goal with all her clients is to help them feel better and help them move more efficiently so they can perform everyday tasks with ease, becoming the best version of themselves.

Shannon Sullivan

Shannon has a passion for fitness that spans a lifetime and is here to transform your health journey, using a combination of professional expertise and personal experience. After gaining 15kg during the pandemic and successfully shedding it, Shannon knows first-hand how challenging and rewarding the journey can be!

His training philosophy is to create a fun, welcoming environment where individuals feel supported in achieving their goals.

Shannon specialises in skill development, athlete development, goal setting, body composition and structured training plans, Shannon tailors each program to meet your unique needs and aspirations.

Zach Lazar

Zach has over 15 years of experience working in the health and fitness industry, helping and guiding clients become stronger, get results and learn to appreciate their body. Zach goals when working with you is to change your ability to approach life with a new outlook on how amazing your body is and can be.

Whether that’s you gaining confidence to get back into exercise, learning about technique and correct nutrition, maintaining your strength and mobility, or specific body composition goals such as losing excess body fat and increasing lean muscle mass – these are all area’s that Zach has comprehensive experience and knowledge in.

Jonathan’s hybrid training was very well presented, well structured, challenging and goal oriented. The classes were well organised and professionally run. Jonathan is an excellent trainer and is able to maintain a high-level of enthusiasm amongst the class. He also can clearly identify the different fitness levels within the class and Group people accordingly if needed such that everybody trained to their max and was always challenged.
