Agreement

The cancellation will take effect 28 days after the date SSC successfully receives the request. This means that any billing cycle(s) within that 28-day period will incur a direct debit in accordance with your regular fortnightly payments. Any suspension periods cannot form part of the 28-day notice period for membership cancellation.

If there is a debt on your account, you will be required to clear such debt before the cancellation request can be actioned.
