2025 Carnival and Event season at MSAC

The holiday season has come and gone but we’re entering one of the most exciting periods at MSAC, as school carnival and events season take over our Aquatics area.

We’re proud to host schools from all over the State as they bring thousands of students in for their annual swimming carnivals, and we’re delighted to watch the next generation of swimmers make a splash.

We’re also incredibly honoured to host an array of State, National and International events at our venue, solidifying our place as the home of high-performance sport in Victoria.

SCHOOL SWIMMING CARNIVAL SEASON

From Monday 3 February to Friday 4 April, MSAC will be busier than usual with participating school children, teachers and parents in our space. You can read more about our Child Safety Policy here.

On the dates below, the indoor (including dive pools) and outdoor pools will be booked for carnivals. Please plan your visits accordingly as there will be limited lane availability. Please check our lap lane availability ahead of your swim.

• Friday 7 February
• Tuesday 25 February
• Thursday 27 February (indoor competition lap lanes will be available)
• Wednesday 19 March (indoor competition lap lanes available)
• Friday 28 March
• Wednesday 30 April (Leisure pool lap lanes available on this date)

MSAC EVENT CALENDAR

We have some exciting events coming up at MSAC over the coming months. While this will impact lane availability, a lot of these events are free entry for spectators to come and watch world-class athletes at work!

• Australian Artistic Swimming Championships: Sunday 13 – Thursday 17 April
• Masters Swimming Victoria Long Course State Championships: Tuesday 8 – Saturday 12 April
