This highly sought-after contract will enable the team to deliver its exceptional food and beverage offerings across various venues within these iconic spaces.
With a vision to elevate and enhance the on-site food and beverage offerings, the agreement includes the operation of the Sir Albert Café, event day kiosks, and catering for functions—servicing both partners and the public. The function spaces feature Lakeside Stadium, with stunning views of the city skyline, and the Champions Room at MSAC, offering a picturesque outlook over the outdoor competition pool and Albert Park Lake. Additionally, various courts and mezzanines can be activated for events, ensuring a versatile and vibrant experience for any occasion.

The team will introduce a brand-new à la carte menu exclusive to Sir Albert Café, featuring delicious dishes like paccheri pasta with roasted tomato sugo, basil, and stracciatella, as well as a croissant benny, which reimagines the classic eggs benedict on a buttery croissant. In addition to the new à la carte menu, Catering Project has expanded the café’s snack and grab-and-go meal options to include everything from mixed sandwiches, wraps, and focaccias to sushi, poke bowls, and hot pies.
A new event menu will also be implemented to service the range of functions hosted at the two venues. The menus will offer catering options for both cocktail-style events, catered conferences and sit down functions, with offerings ranging from canapés and platters to buffet-style meals.
Catering Project officially joined the MSAC and Lakeside Stadium teams on 13 August.
