Annual maintenance works

State Sport Centres has completed a major capital and maintenance works program.

State Sport Centres is continuing to invest in safer, more accessible and higher‑quality sporting facilities.

During the Formula One Australian Grand Prix race period, SSC undertook a significant program of eight capital works projects and more than 130 maintenance activities at MSAC and Lakeside. This work required the closure of some of our facilities for at least part of the race period.

These upgrades support better experiences for our members and the athletes and visitors who use our venues each day.
