Congratulations on your selection, what are you most looking forward to about getting to Paris and playing in your first Olympics?
The Olympics is the biggest tournament in sport. It’s a multi-sport event, so I’m really looking forward to being amongst other professional athletes from different sports, and also being amongst the best in the world. [I’m looking forward to] witnessing other athletes play their different sports and most importantly, competing in my sport.
You’ve been able to train here at MSAC ahead of the Games, what’s been the best part of using these facilities to prepare?
I think the best thing about MSAC is there’s many tables and it’s a really big venue, so for us, it brings a very professional environment. Seeing all the yellow and green shirts [and] being with the Junior squad, the Para squad, and the Senior squad all together and training, it always feels good to be part of a team.
How would you describe your playing style in three words?
Dynamic, fast and I’m going to say crazy.
