Hydrotherapy Area
Our Hydrotherapy Pool is located in the Recovery Zone on Level 2. After undergoing extensive works to replace the pool liner and the introduction of a cool plunge pool for enhanced recovery, we are proud to open this state-of-the-art rehabilitation and recovery facility.
The Hydrotherapy pool descends from 1.1 m to 1.4 m at it’s deepest.
The Plunge pool is 1.3 m deep.
Children under 16 are not permitted unless used for rehabilitation purposes.
The Hydrotherapy Pool is open from 7:00am-8:00pm on weekdays and 8am-12pm on weekends.
