We offer lessons for adult 18 years + of all abilities. Whether you’re a beginner getting started, or looking for technique and stroke correction.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Our Swim School philosophy is that teaching aquatic skills helps with making good life choices, beginning with important water safety skills. We follow this with creating options for children and adults to experience wider aquatic environments to continue development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enrolments for our MSAC Swim School Program<\/strong> are open! Enrolments must be made seven days in advance of starting lessons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adult lessons<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our Adult Lessons program is grouped into 3 levels:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

beginner<\/h3>
\n

Entry-level class for adults of all ages. Classes run for 30 minutes, and focus on being comfortable and confident in the water, while learning the basics of swimming. This class has a ratio of four students to one teacher, so you will be assured plenty of attention as you begin your swimming journey. Located in our 25 metre indoor lap pool, heated at between 28\u00b0 and 30\u00b0, depth fixed between 1.1m \u2013 1.9m.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

intermediate<\/h3>
\n

A step up from Beginner, this class runs for 45 minutes and sees you correctly learn how to swim all four strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly). This class has a ratio of five students to one teacher. Located in our 25 metre indoor lap pool, heated at between 28\u00b0 and 30\u00b0, depth fixed between 1.1m \u2013 1.9m.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

AdvanceD<\/h3>
\n

Advanced is a class for those looking to swim laps and have their stroke technique refined and corrected. Perfect for those who may have been swimming for years but are after some tips on how to improve! This class has a ratio of eight students to one teacher. Located in our competition dive pool lanes, heated to 27\u00b0, depth is a fixed slope from 2.1m to 3m.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n
